How can I register an account or log in to Bet’nClubs?
When you open our mobile application and you see the Login page, tap the “Create Account” option if you want to create a new account, or “Sign Up” from our website, then enter a username and password. You can also sign up with your favorite social media accounts.
What can I do if I forget my password?
Click “forgot password” in the login screen or modal. A code to reset your password will be sent to your email. Please bear in mind that you need to bind an email with your account to be able to reset your password, otherwise this feature will not be accessible.
How can I change my password?
After logging in, click your username in order to open Profile settings, then click “Change Password”.
How can I link my email?
After logging in, click your username in order to open Profile settings, then click “Email” and verify it. A code to verify your email will be sent and you will have to introduce that code in the app, in the Email section.
How can I change my nickname?
You can not change your nickname.
CLUBS
How can I join a club?
In the main landing page, you can see two tabs: My Clubs and Find Clubs. You can create your own club and add people or join an existing Club: the default one or one you can find in the “Find Clubs” tab. You can find clubs by their name or Club ID.
How to create a club?
In the main landing page click the “Plus” button on the bottom side. Fill the required sections and click “Create”.
I am a member/owner of one club already, can I create/join another club?
Yes, you can. You can create another Club and also join another Club.
How can I switch to another club of mine?
In order to switch between Clubs you need to go to the main lobby (club list screen) by clicking the “back” button from the sports screen of the club you are currently in and then click the Club you want to open.
